If you are breastfeeding, you may experience some harmful effects of Febvom. In case you experience any of these, discontinue its use until you consult your doctor.
What is the effect of Febvom on the Kidneys?
Using Febvom does not have any harmful effects on kidneys.
What is the effect of Febvom on the Liver?
Febvom may have mild side effects on the liver. Most people will never see any effect on the liver.
What is the effect of Febvom on the Heart?
Febvom is not harmful for the heart.

Interaction between Food and Febvom
You can take Febvom with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Febvom
Consumption of alcohol and Febvom together may have severe effects on your health.
If you are allergic to Febvom then do not take it. Inform your doctor immediately for alternative medicine.
Febvom is not recommended for back pain. However, It can be taken along with a painkiller for the treatment of back pain.
An overdose occurs when more than the required amount (toxic levels) of [medicine] is taken. Initial symptoms of Febvom overdose includes loss of appetite, drowsiness, seizures, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Later progressive symptoms may include pain in your upper stomach, dark colored urine, yellowing of your skin or the white patches in your eyes, liver damage and in rare cases, it can also lead to coma. So, by any chance, if you have accidentally taken more than the required dose of Febvom inform your doctor immediately.
Febvom is being used by pregnant women for many years without any evident harmful effects on the baby. That's why it is usually recommended as the first-line painkiller for pregnant women. But it is not possible to say that this medicine is completely safe to use in pregnancy. You are highly recommended to check with your doctor/gynaecologist before taking any medicine even [medicine] during pregnancy.
You should take the minimum effective dose of Febvom that reduces body pain and fever. It should be used for the shortest time period till you get relief. Take it as per doctor's advice do not exceed dosage. Ideally, 1 or 2 tablets (500 mg) every four to six hours can be safely taken, do not take more than four doses in 24 hours. Please note paracetamol 500 mg tablet should not be given to children below 10 years until and unless prescribed by a child specialist.
