Yes, you can take Pyrit with tramadol. The combination of Pyrit and tramadol are prescribed by doctors to relieve from severe to moderate pain. However, do not take it on your own.
Yes, Pyrit can be taken safely with a less sedative antihistaminic drug like cetirizine and loratadine etc. No harmful effects are reported. However, another group of antihistamine drug which causes drowsiness and sleepiness like chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine etc. should not be taken together unless and until recommended by your doctor.
