Interaction between Alcohol and Oromol

As we know Oromol is most widely used 'over-the-counter' analgesic/antipyretic medicine. However, paracetamol overdose can cause serious adverse effects on the liver, it may be fatal. But fortunately, there is an antidote, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) given within 8 hours of Oromol ingestion which usually can prevent all serious side effects of Oromol poisoning. However, do not take NAC without consulting a doctor as your doctor will tell you the right way and methods to help you relieve from this drug poisoning.
No, Oromol is not used for treating stomach pain. The stomach pain could be due to some underlying medical condition which may require medical attention. If the pain does not subside within 1 day. Please consult your doctor without further delay.
Yes, you can use Oromol in a migraine. Paracetamol and other NSAIDs are used in treating migraine. However, there are other medicines available that are better for treating migraine than Oromol. Please consult a doctor to know about these alternative medicines.
Yes, you can take Oromol with tramadol. The combination of Oromol and tramadol are prescribed by doctors to relieve from severe to moderate pain. However, do not take it on your own.
You should take the minimum effective dose of Oromol that reduces body pain and fever. It should be used for the shortest time period till you get relief. Take it as per doctor's advice do not exceed dosage. Ideally, 1 or 2 tablets (500 mg) every four to six hours can be safely taken, do not take more than four doses in 24 hours. Please note paracetamol 500 mg tablet should not be given to children below 10 years until and unless prescribed by a child specialist.
