Interaction between Alcohol and Zyrotram P
Consumption of alcohol and Zyrotram P together may have severe effects on your health.
Zyrotram P contains tramadol which is an opioid analgesic (pain-killer). It is presumed that tramadol provides relief from pain by binding to certain receptors (mu-opioid receptors) in our brain and by preventing the reuptake of chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) serotonin and norepinephrine. In this way Zyrotram P provides relief to the patient from moderate to severe pain.
Yes, Zyrotram P can be used to provide relief from a toothache (dental pain) because it contains tramadol which is a pain-killer. It is only used if other pain-killer medications such as NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) cannot be given due to some complications. Since it is a prescription drug and also a habit-forming drug you are advised, not to take it by yourself.
