Yes, Fluna can treat balanitis (inflammation on the upper skin of penis). As per research, it has been found that medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of balanitis.
Fluna can be taken orally or it can be also intravenously administered.
Fluna inhibit the fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme lanosterol 14- demethylase and thus block ergosterol synthesis leading to membrane abnormalities in the fungus. It kills the fungus by destroying its cell membrane.
