For managing infertility, a tablet a day should be taken from day 14th to the day 25th of the cycle. For treating dysmenorrhea, 1 to 2 tablets a day from 5th to 25th day of the cycle. For treating endometriosis, 1 to 3 tablets from 5th to 25th day of the cycle. Your gynaecologist may change the dosage and duration depending upon your condition and severity of irregular period cycles. Take Dydroboon as prescribed.
