Yes, Dolzac P may cause sweating but it occurs only in a few cases. It is a rare side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause of sweating is unknown but it is presumed that sweating occurs due to stimulation of sweat glands which causes excess sweating.
Yes, Dolzac P can be taken for low back pain in combination with other drugs such as paracetamol. It has been found to be very effective in providing relief from the low back pain.
Dolzac P contains tramadol which is an opioid analgesic (pain-killer). It is presumed that tramadol provides relief from pain by binding to certain receptors (mu-opioid receptors) in our brain and by preventing the reuptake of chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) serotonin and norepinephrine. In this way Dolzac P provides relief to the patient from moderate to severe pain.
