For asthma Incid Air has to be taken preferably in the evening but for prevention of breathing difficulty during exercise, you should take medicine at least 2 hours before the exercise. However, if you taking Incid Air once on daily basis then you do not need to take an extra dose to prevent breathing difficulties before exercise.
