Ibuflam Information

Ibuflam is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Ibuflam also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The right dosage of Ibuflam depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Ibuflam also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation. Some other side effects of Ibuflam have been listed ahead. How to take Ibuflam?

Ibuflam is available in the form of a tablet, chewable tablet, suspension and drops, and syrup. Prescription Ibuflam is taken every 4 to 6 hours for arthritis and pain. Adults and children older than 12 years may take non-prescription Ibuflam every 4 to 6 hours. Children and infants may be given Ibuflam every 6 to 8 hours. It is important to take Ibuflam with food or milk so as to prevent stomach upset. If you are taking Ibuflam every day, remember to take it at the same time. Ibuflam is also available in combination with other drugs for treating cold and cough. If you have prescribed a combination containing Ibuflam, do not take any non-prescription drug containing Ibuflam as it might cause overdosage. Shake the drops and suspensions well before use.
