Ciprodex used to treat several bacterial infections, like urinary tract infection (UTI), pneumonia, bone, and joint infection, endocarditis, gastroenteritis, otitis externa, prostatitis, anthrax, and bacterial infection of the eye. It is not effective for treating any viral infections such as cold, and flu.
