Interaction between Food and Nimek Para
Due to a lack of research, nothing can be said about the consequences of taking Nimek Para together with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Nimek Para
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Nimek Para with alcohol will be.
Nimek Para should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because nimesulide may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue. To bring down fever in dengue patients, paracetamol can be given along with plenty of fluids such as soups, juices, and water. Along with taking precautionary measures mentioned above, seek medical advice right away in case of Dengue as negligence and low platelet counts may lead to fatal consequences. You are highly recommended to follow the doctor's instructions.
Ideally Nimek Para is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.
Nimek Para is a painkiller, not an antibiotic drug. It is used to treat the short-lasting painful inflammatory conditions such as sports injuries, sinusitis, and other ear-nose-throat disorders, dental surgery, bursitis (Inflammation of the fluid-filled sac in the joints), lower backache, dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation), post-operative pain, osteoarthritis, and fever.
