Take one tablet of Zolnyt at bedtime or as advised by your doctor. Ideally, oral Zolnyt should be taken empty stomach because the presence of food might affect the absorption of this drug from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea, myasthenia gravis, and compromised respiratory function.

Yes, Zolnyt may cause nausea and vomiting in a few cases only. It is a rare side effect of this drug. For relief from nausea and vomiting try to take lime water, avoid eating spicy food even if it persists or becomes severe then discuss it with your doctor.

No, Zolnyt is only used to treat insomnia (sleeplessness) not anxiety. The reason behind this is that Zolnyt has only mild anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) property which is not helpful in treating anxiety.
