Telmi 4 U is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Heart Failure, High BP. Secondary and off-label uses of Telmi 4 U have also been mentioned below.

Telmi 4 U also has some side effects, the most common being Dizziness, Nausea or vomiting, Back Pain. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Telmi 4 U can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Telmi 4 U go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
