Take Monzem once daily or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food because food does not affect the absorption of drugs from the stomach. For asthma Monzem has to be taken preferably in the evening but for prevention of breathing difficulty during exercise, you should take medicine at least 2 hours before the exercise.
