Interaction between Food and Gentajin D
There isn't any research available on the side effects of taking Gentajin D with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Gentajin D
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Gentajin D with alcohol will be.
Gentajin D contains gentamicin which is a broad spectrum antibiotic effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It works by stopping the production of proteins that bacteria need to survive. Hence in this way, Gentajin D kills the bacteria and treats the infection.
The injectable form of this drug should be taken as per doctor guidance only. Duration of treatment depends on the type and severity of infections. Put 1 -2 drops of eye drop every 4-8 hours or as directed by the doctor and eye ointment is applied 2 - 4 times or directed by the doctor.
