Fourderm Af is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Cream. Allergy, Asthma, Cancer: causes, symptoms, treatment, medicines, prevention and medicines are some of its major therapeutic uses. Secondary and off-label uses of Fourderm Af have also been mentioned below.

The most common side effects of Fourderm Af are Skin Rash, Skin Burning, Irritability. Yes, long-term use of Fourderm AF can raise blood pressure because Fourderm AF can increase sodium levels in your body as well as fluid retention can lead to increased blood pressure. If your blood pressure is uncontrolled after taking this medicine then inform your doctor immediately and follow his/her instructions.
Fourderm AF comes as a tablet and solution and it should be taken by mouth once daily or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypertension (BP), ulcerative colitis, osteoporosis, glaucoma, diabetes, and peptic ulcer. Your doctor may tell you to follow low-salt, potassium-rich, or high-protein diet if you are taking Fourderm AF. A topical form of this drug (Cream, Ointment) should be applied gently on affected area 1 - 2 times daily as directed by the doctor.
Yes, Fourderm AF is used in the treatment of gastritis. It is presumed that Fourderm AF works in gastritis by suppressing the immune response which causes inflammation and additionally relieving the symptoms of gastritis such as stomach pain, stomach inflammation, and acid reflux.
No, Fourderm AF Should not be stopped or discontinued without doctors advice. You are recommended to always consult a doctor before discontinuing this medicine. Suddenly stopping Fourderm AF can cause withdrawal symptoms such as fever, joint pain, and feeling of discomfort. To avoid the withdrawal symptoms, the dosage of this drug should be reduced gradually. Please consult your doctor if you are experiencing any withdrawal symptoms after stopping/discounting it on your own.
Yes, long-term use of Fourderm AF may cause low potassium level in your body by increasing the excretion of potassium in the urine. This can result in symptoms such as muscle cramps, weakness, tiredness, and an irregular heartbeat.
