Interaction between Food and Ciprowin

Interaction between Alcohol and Ciprowin
Consumption of alcohol and Ciprowin together may have severe effects on your health.
Ciprowin can increase the risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture in some patient. However, the exact mechanism of tendon rupture is not known. If you suffer from tendon rupture or any kind of muscular pain after consuming this drug, please consult your doctor immediately.
Do not take Ciprowin along with dairy products such as milk or yogurt or calcium-containing foods. Dairy products may affect the absorption of the medicine directly affecting the efficacy of this drug. Hence, avoid taking Ciprowin with calcium-rich foods.
Ciprowin should not be taken together. Harmful drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. Please let your doctor know that you are on warfarin if he/she has prescribed Ciprowin to you.
