No, N Mol does not cause drowsiness because prescribed N Mol has no effect on the central nervous system but an overdose of N Mol may lead to lethargy, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal bleeding. N Mol should not be taken when a person has been detected with dengue. This is because nimesulide may cause internal bleeding which can be fatal during dengue.
