Olvas is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of High BP. Secondary and off-label uses of Olvas have also been mentioned below.

Olvas also has some side effects, the most common being Upper respiratory tract infection. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Olvas can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Such side effects of Olvas normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

It is also important to note that Olvas has a Severe effect for pregnant women and Mild effect on lactating mothers. Warnings related to Olvas's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.

Olvas is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate), Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension) are examples of such conditions. Other conditions have been mentioned below in the Olvas contraindications section.
