Adults and children older than 12 years may take non-prescription Pyremol Ib every 4 to 6 hours. Children and infants may be given Pyremol Ib every 6 to 8 hours. It is important to take Pyremol Ib with food or milk so as to prevent stomach upset. If you are taking Pyremol Ib every day, remember to take it at the same time. Pyremol Ib is also available in combination with other drugs for treating cold and cough.
