No, ideally Moveran can't be taken in stomach pain Because it has adverse reaction regarding gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, gross bleeding/perforation, heartburn, nausea, GI ulcers (gastric/duodenal) and vomiting.
No, Moveran can't be taken at the same time until unless prescribed by your doctor because it can significantly reduce the bioavailability of amoxicillin due to which the effectiveness of amoxicillin will decrease.
