Laz Information

Laz is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet, Suspension. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Ear Infection, Tonsillitis, Pneumonia. Secondary and off-label uses of Laz have also been mentioned below.

The right dosage of Laz depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

Can I take Laz for treating an abscess?

Laz is not given for the abscess. It is not recommended for skin and soft tissue infection. Generally, a combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate is given twice daily. However. it is best to consult your doctor for the right line of treatment for an abscess.
