Interaction between Alcohol and Kloryl M
Taking Kloryl M with alcohol has not been seen to have harmful effects. However, please be careful if you do so.
Application of Kloryl M on the face must be avoided but if it has been advised by your doctor then you can use it only for a short-term period not more than 5 days because the skin on your face thins easily.
No, Kloryl M should not be discontinued without doctors advice. You are recommended to always consult a doctor before discontinuing this medicine.
Yes, Kloryl M might lighten skin because it causes skin atrophy (skin thinning) which reduces the darkness of the skin. However, Kloryl M is not approved for skin lightening and should not be used for this purpose because it can cause unpleasant side effects.
No, Kloryl M alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Kloryl M is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Kloryl M should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Kloryl M and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
Yes, Kloryl M might be used for the treatment of lichen sclerosus (LS) which is a skin condition that causes thinning of the skin and white patches, generally in the genital area. Clinical studies have found Kloryl M to be effective in the treatment of lichen sclerosus (LS).
