Folate is required by the human body for the synthesis, repair, and methylation of DNA. It also acts as a cofactor for various biological processes. Folate plays an important role during cell division and is required during infancy and pregnancy. Folate is required for the synthesis of healthy red blood cells. Deficiency of folate can affect all these roles and can cause anemia thus Fur fulfills this deficiency and prevents from anemia.
