How to take Dydrogesterone + Estradiol?

Dydrogesterone + Estradiol is available as a 10 mg tablet. For the regularization of a cycle, one tablet a day should be taken from day 11th to the day 25th of the cycle. For managing infertility, a tablet a day should be taken from day 14th to the day 25th of the cycle. For treating dysmenorrhea, 1 to 2 tablets a day from 5th to 25th day of the cycle. For treating endometriosis, 1 to 3 tablets from 5th to 25th day of the cycle. Your gynaecologist may change the dosage and duration depending upon your condition and severity of irregular period cycles. Take Dydrogesterone + Estradiol as prescribed.
