Duloren is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Diabetic Neuropathy. Other than this, Duloren has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The optimal dosage of Duloren is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Duloren can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Duloren go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

Duloren's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. In addition, Duloren's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Duloren related warnings section.

Duloren is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Kidney Disease, Liver Disease as it can result in adverse effects. Other contraindications of Duloren have been discussed in the sections ahead.
