Yes, Normospas can cause headache as it is one of the side effects. Headaches can be prevented or managed by drinking adequate amount of water, taking ample magnesium, limiting alcoholic drinks, taking adequate sleep, avoiding foods high in histamine, using essential oils, taking B-complex vitamin, using a cold compress, trying acupuncture, relaxing with yoga and meditation.
