Rarely, Nazole can cause irregular periods. However, if you're experiencing conditions such as leucorrhoea (whitish or yellowish vaginal discharge), menorrhagia (abnormally heavy bleeding at menstruation) and dysmenorrhea (Painful periods) after taking this medication. Rarely, Nazole can cause stomach upset especially when it is intravenously administered (route injectible). Nazole inhibit the fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme lanosterol 14- demethylase and thus block ergosterol synthesis leading to membrane abnormalities in the fungus. It kills the fungus by destroying its cell membrane.
