The most common side effects of Real One are Back Pain, Dizziness, Drowsiness. Some other side effects of Real One have been listed ahead. Such side effects of Real One normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Real One's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. It is important to know if Real One has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Real One related warnings section.
