No, it is not recommeded that you stop taking Maxin suddenly as it might cause certain withdrawal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, shakiness and dizziness. Besides, there is always a chance of a relapse. Therefore, you must not stop taking Maxin abruptly and follow the instructions of your doctor completely.
Yes, Maxin can cause diarrhea as it is one of the adverse gastrointestinal effects. Diarrhea is the passage of loose and watery stools, at least 3 to 4 times a day. Your doctor might recommend an anti-diarrheal if you face this problem.
