No, Drotmic does not cause a headache. It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. It is not a known side effect of this drug. If you experience a severe headache after taking this drug, take a mild painkiller, applying balms and take rest even if the pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor.

Oral tablet and suspension of Drotmic should be taken by mouth three times daily or as advised by your doctor. Drotmic can be taken with or without food because food does not affect the absorption drug from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with cardiac dysfunction and improper kidney or liver function.
