Yes, Drotmic can be taken to provide relief from abdominal spasm, cramps, and pain. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles present in the gastrointestinal tract through the inhibition of an enzyme (phosphodiesterase-IV) which provides relief to the patients from the abdominal (stomach) pain, spasm, and cramps.
No, Drotmic does not cause a headache. It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. It is not a known side effect of this drug. If you experience a severe headache after taking this drug, take a mild painkiller, applying balms and take rest even if the pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor.
Oral tablet and suspension of Drotmic should be taken by mouth three times daily or as advised by your doctor. Drotmic can be taken with or without food because food does not affect the absorption drug from the stomach.
