Nurotroy is an active form of vitamin B12. It is available in the form of oral, parenteral, and sublingual (under the tongue) formulations. It is used to treat B12 deficiency, Alzheimer's disease, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes), visual function, rheumatoid arthritis, Bell's Palsy (facial paralysis or temporary weakness of the facial muscles), sleep-wake rhythm (irregular sleeping pattern) disorder and neuropathic pain.
