No, Clobal G alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Clobal G is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Clobal G should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Clobal G and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
Clobal G is a brand name of clobetasol and it comes in the form of ointment, cream, and lotion. It belongs to the class of drug known as steroids (corticosteroids).
