No, Microgram alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Microgram is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Microgram should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Microgram and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
