It may lead to several renal dysfunctions such as tubular necrosis, glomerulitis, renal papillary necrosis, elevation in serum creatinine and renal failure. Ideally Zynimo is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain.
