Yes, Zynac can be taken safely with a less sedative antihistaminic drug like cetirizine and loratadine etc. No harmful effects are reported. However, another group of antihistamine drug which causes drowsiness and sleepiness like chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine etc. should not be taken together unless and until recommended by your doctor.
Zynac is a pain relieving medicine. One should take as long as he/she has been recommended to take. However, sometimes even after symptomatic relief your doctor may ask you to continue with medication to reduce inflammations in the body.
