Zin Tablet is not a pain-killer. It belongs to the class of drug called antihistamine. Which can help in relieving symptoms of allergies, runny nose, sneezing, and red-watery itchy eyes.
Zin Tablet works by blocking the action of histamine which is responsible for allergies in our body. This helps to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and redness, watery, itchy eyes. This drug also helps to relieve itching caused due to urticaria (hives).
Take Zin Tablet as directed by your doctor. Do not discontinue the drug suddenly or take it longer than prescribed by your doctor.
Absorption of Zin Tablet is not affected by food and hence can be taken with or without food. Preferably it should be taken in the evening. However, you are recommended to take it as per the doctor's instructions.
