Yes, Propyzole Nf might lighten skin because it causes skin atrophy (skin thinning) which reduces the darkness of the skin. However, Propyzole Nf is not approved for skin lightening and should not be used for this purpose because it can cause unpleasant side effects.
Yes, Propyzole Nf may be used for contact dermatitis caused by poison ivy because it can provide relief from swelling, itching, and redness.
Yes, Propyzole Nf might cause dry skin in few cases only. However, the exact cause behind dry skin is unknown. If you are experiencing excessive dryness of skin after applying this drug then you are advised to use a skin moisturizer. Skin moisturizer should be applied only after 30 minutes of applying this drug so that the Propyzole Nf can be absorbed by the skin.
Application of Propyzole Nf on the face must be avoided but if it has been advised by your doctor then you can use it only for a short-term period not more than 5 days because the skin on your face thins easily.
