Yes, Spina bifida is a neural tube defect that occurs when the baby's spine and spinal cord do not develop properly. If the baby has this condition then the neural tube doesn't close properly because of which the backbone doesn't form completely. According to research taking Nurokind LC helps in the prevention of Spina bifida in the unborn fetus.
Nurokind LC deficiency can be treated by taking 250 micrograms to 1 milligram of the drug. For pregnant women, the recommended dosage is 400 micrograms per day from supplements or fortified food. You are urged to follow doctors instructions as the recommended dosage is always suggested by a physician after analyzing the deficiency in the body with the help of current blood reports.
Folic acid can be safely taken through the oral route or through an injection. The drug is safe when taken in doses less than 1000 micrograms per day.
