Nimpic is primarily not used to treat the common cold and sore throat. It can only relieve cold-related symptoms such as a fever, headache, earache, and aching joints. It doesn't help in relieving cough or stuffy nose.
Ideally Nimpic is not prescribed by a doctor for a toothache. However, in the absence of painkillers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen etc, nimesulide can be taken to get instant relief from tooth pain. Generally, for treating toothache arising due to dental cavities and dental procedures ibuprofen along with antibiotics are recommended by dentists to reduce swelling and pain.
