Common side effects of Megaflam include Abdominal Pain, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhoea. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Megaflam can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Furthermore, you should know that effect of Megaflam is Mild for pregnant women and Mild for women who are breastfeeding.
