Levorace is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Prostatitis, Pneumonia. Other than this, Levorace has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.
The right dosage of Levorace depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.
Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Levorace can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Levorace are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Interaction between Alcohol and Levorace
Side effects of drinking alcohol and taking Levorace at the same time are rare and minor. However, if you face any side effects, talk to your doctor immediately.
Take Levorace if your doctor has prescribed it to you. However, keep a close check on blood sugar levels as metformin is known to cause hypoglycemia( sudden dip in blood sugar levels). In case you are experiencing severe hypoglycemia, please inform your doctor immediately.
Yes, you can take Levorace for UTI infection. It is active against the bacteria which causes UTI infection. However, you must take the entire course of this medicine and do not discontinue medicine in the midway.
Yes, Levorace can cause constipation. It is a common side effect of this drug. If you experience severe constipation after consuming medicine, please consult your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Yes, Levorace can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.
