Yes, Klenzia works in acne. It is used in the treatment of acne vulgaris (pimples) caused by Propionibacterium acnes and Cutibacterium acnes. The topical preparation of Klenzia has to be applied a thin layer on the affected area once daily or as advised by your doctor.
