Yes, Filcer might cause drowsiness. It is a rare side effect of this drug. If you experience drowsiness after taking this drug, then you are advised to not drive any vehicle or operate any machinery to avoid accidental injury.
Usually, Filcer is given for short-term treatment for up to 8 weeks. You are advised to take Filcer as long as it is recommended by your doctor. Taking this drug beyond that period might not be good for you because it can lead to unintended side effects.
