Ev, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Post Menopausal Osteoporosis, Urethritis, Vaginal atrophy. Ev also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Interaction between Alcohol and Ev

Yes, provera and EV can be taken together. No clinically significant drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug along with provera then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
The dose of EV may vary from case to case basis depending on the medical condition of the patient. You are advised to take it as per your doctor's instructions. The oral tablet of EV can be taken with or without food because food does not have any effect on its absorption from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with cholestatic jaundice, heart diseases, and improper kidney function.

No, EV does not cause acne. It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. In-fact acne might result due to hormonal imbalance (low estradiol levels) caused by menopause and EV is given to correct that hormonal imbalance.
Yes, EV may cause breast enlargement if the EV is taken in high doses. It occurs due to hormonal effects of estradiol which causes the development of secondary female sex characteristics that includes breast enlargement.
