Additionally, headaches can be prevented by doing yoga and meditation, by keeping away from electronic gadgets and computers, by eating light food and listening to relaxing music.
Yes, Emitino can be used for the symptom alleviation in anxiety, however, more clinical trials are needed to confirm this association. Anxiety can also be effectively managed by breathing deeply, practicing meditation, and not taking much stress. In case of severe anxiety please speak to your doctor.
