Additionally, headaches can be prevented by doing yoga and meditation, by keeping away from electronic gadgets and computers, by eating light food and listening to relaxing music.
Yes, Emitino can be used for the symptom alleviation in anxiety, however, more clinical trials are needed to confirm this association.
