If yes, then you can stop taking this medicine with the help of doctor because of alternate treatment are also available. However, it is dose-related effects if taken a low dose, chances of edema are very less if consuming high dose the chances of edema are high.

Yes, you can take it with seafood safely if you are not allergic to seafood. However, there is a lot of scientific evidence that Corduo has shown very strong interaction with grapefruit juice hence you are highly recommended to avoid grapefruit juice with this drug.
