How to take Benicort?

Benicort comes as a tablet and solution and it should be taken by mouth once daily or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with hypertension (BP), ulcerative colitis, osteoporosis, glaucoma, diabetes, and peptic ulcer. Your doctor may tell you to follow low-salt, potassium-rich, or high-protein diet if you are taking Benicort. A topical form of this drug (Cream, Ointment) should be applied gently on affected area 1 - 2 times daily as directed by the doctor.
