Arpit is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Schizophrenia, Mania. Arpit also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Arpit is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

The most common side effects of Arpit are Back Pain, Dizziness, Drowsiness. While these are the most often observed Arpit side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Arpit are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

Arpit's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. Warnings related to Arpit's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.

Arpit is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate), Tardive Dyskinesia, Dementia as it can result in adverse effects. Some other conditions that can be affected by Arpit are listed in the contraindications section below.
