Alprater can be taken anytime as instructed by the doctor. But since this drug induces sleep in some patients hence, it is best to take it post evening. Irrespective of drowsiness and sleep inducing factors of this drug, you are highly recommended to take it during the day if you are suffering from anxiety and unexpected panic attacks.
